Why Fresh Transport Matters in IVF
IVF treatment increasingly spans more than one clinic. A donor egg retrieval might happen at one site while fertilization and transfer happen at another. A patient might retrieve oocytes locally but need them transported to a specialist lab. In all of these cases, if the clinical protocol calls for fresh material rather than vitrified, the transport method has to keep the sample at physiological temperature and in a controlled atmosphere for the entire journey — not just packed and shipped.
That's a materially different service than standard cryogenic courier work. It requires a portable incubator capable of holding stable conditions outside a lab, a courier trained to monitor that environment in real time, and routing built around a tight, non-negotiable time window.

Hand-carry transit. A trained courier accompanies the chamber for the full journey, whether by road or air, monitoring temperature and gas conditions throughout.
