Our Story
Founded by biomedical scientists after witnessing critical failures in cryogenic transport, we built Cryo Medical Logistics to protect what cannot be replaced.
Before we ever moved a single cryogenic tank, we had already seen too much go wrong.

We witnessed embryos delayed without explanation, gametes exposed to undisclosed temperature deviations, and irreplaceable samples moved without insurance, transparency, or accountability. Intended parents were left in uncertainty, and clinics were forced to rely on hope.

For us, that was unacceptable.

Consultation
We start with a call with one of our logistics managers to discuss your transport requirements in detail and understand your specific needs.
Consent
You’ll receive a detailed transport consent form to sign, along with an invoice for processing.
Coordination
We liaise with clinics, laboratories, and storage facilities to gather all necessary paperwork and finalize customs and regulatory requirements for your shipment.
Transport
Your samples are personally hand-carried from start to finish by our trained staff, with full supervision, temperature monitoring, and real-time tracking.
Delivery
Once delivered, we provide confirmation and quality management documentation, including temperature logs, shipping details, and verification for you and the clinics.
