Our 50% deposit fee is NON REFUNDABLE as this covers the cost of liaising with clinics. In the event, you do not want to proceed with transport, this deposit is non refundable.

We take great care to conduct quality checks before processing and to ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. However, Greenplace Healthcare is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, efficiency, and excellent customer service:

• No Returns: We do not accept returns on products, whether purchased online or in-store.

• No Refunds: Refunds are not available for any purchases made, either online or in-store.

• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for our products.

International Orders

• We do not support exchanges or returns for international orders.

• If you cancel an order before it is processed, a refund can be issued. Processing typically takes 1-7 days before dispatch.

• Orders already in transit cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
