Mauritius has built a genuinely strong IVF and egg/sperm donation infrastructure, with a growing clinic network serving both local and international patients.
Commercial surrogacy isn't permitted under Mauritian regulation, which means most cross-border activity centers on own-gamete and donor-egg/sperm transport rather than surrogacy logistics — but that transport demand is real and, unlike the more saturated European and Caribbean destinations, still largely unaddressed by specialist cryogenic couriers.
