What Shapes Your Quote
Route and complexity. Longer distances, limited carrier options, or multi-leg itineraries require more coordination and contingency planning.
Timeline. Urgent or short-notice requests are the single biggest driver of cost at Priority and Concierge VIP level, since they often require last-minute ticketing or rerouting.
Customs, permits, and documentation. International shipments frequently require export permits, consents, and customs handling. We manage this for you, and it is reflected in the quote for that route.
Special requirements. Multiple tanks, laboratory relocations, research or PGT samples, and holiday or weekend movement are priced individually.
What every quote excludes, and why: our transport fee covers coordination, courier escort, dry shipper/LN₂, monitoring, and documentation. It does not include medication, clinic testing, freezing/cryopreservation, or long-term storage — these are billed separately by the treating or storage clinic so you always know exactly what you are paying for and to whom.

Do you bill insurance directly?
We do not bill insurers directly, but we provide detailed documentation that many patients use to seek partial reimbursement from their insurer or HSA/FSA plan.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your quote sets out the full transport cost and any optional add-ons (cargo protection, extra tanks, weekend or holiday movement) separately and clearly. Changes requested after booking may affect the total.
What does the transport fee actually cover?
Courier escort, dry shipper and LN₂, temperature monitoring, chain-of-custody documentation, and customs support on international routes. It excludes medication, clinic testing, freezing, and storage — see above.
