Is IVF legal in Botswana?
Yes. IVF is legal in Botswana, but there is no dedicated law regulating assisted reproduction, egg or sperm donation, or surrogacy.
Embryo, sperm and egg transport to and from Botswana
Sperm. Partners working abroad or away from home can freeze sperm where they are, and we hand-carry it to the Gaborone clinic so treatment is not delayed.
