Yes. For shipments in Europe, it usually takes 1–3 business days. For longer routes (like Europe to USA), it may take 3–5 business days.

No. You need specialist training to transport reproductive material and company registration and clearance/licences with airlines.

If we don’t pick up or start shipping, you get a full refund (minus bank fees). If delivery is refused before transport starts, you also get a full refund. Once shipping begins, fees are non-refundable
